DTF Transfers / Gang Sheets

Our Direct to Film transfers are produced using a commercial DTF printer and are available up to 22 inches wide and 300 inches long. These transfers are designed to give you vibrant full-color prints, a soft feel on the finished product, and easy application on a wide variety of garments and blanks.

Upload Guidelines — Please Read First

To get the best results, please make sure your artwork meets the following requirements:

• PNG files only
• 300 DPI
• Transparent background required
• Artwork should be trimmed to size
• No ghost pixels, watermarks, or background artifacts

Any unwanted background, ghost pixels, watermarks, or extra marks will print exactly as uploaded.

We are not responsible for low-resolution, poor-quality, or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the customer.

Color Notice

DTF printing uses CMYK, not RGB, so colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

For the best results:

• Save your artwork in CMYK when possible
• Understand that printed color may not match your screen exactly

We do our best to get colors as close as possible, but we are not responsible for exact color matching.

Optional Rasterization

For a softer feel, Rasterization is available for $5.00 per sheet.

Rasterization breaks solid areas into a micro-pattern to help improve:

• softness
• flexibility
• comfort

Gang Sheet Notice

Customers are responsible for the layout and alignment of their gang sheet.

Please double-check:

• spacing
• artwork placement
• sizing
• arrangement

We are not responsible for gang sheet layout or alignment errors submitted by the customer.

Pressing Instructions

You must have a heat press to apply these transfers.

Recommended application steps:

1. Pre-press your blank substrate to remove moisture and wrinkles
2. Set temperature to 290–300°F
3. Use medium pressure
4. Press for 5–6 seconds
5. Peel transfer
6. Press a second time for 10 seconds using a teflon sheet or cover sheet

These instructions may vary slightly depending on the material being pressed.
