Created with English-grown wine grapes that are usually discarded after pressing; a sustainable, natural material that the team at Foxhole have beautifully reimagined. To every bottle of HYKE Gin Very Special, they add a tiny drop of brandy, which they’ve been secretly ageing specially for this very purpose. The effect is transformative: in that instant, all the layers of flavour come together in perfect balance.
